Do you accept returns?

As a very small business, I do not accept returns at this time -please read product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing. However, as a human I do understand that mistakes can happen, so if there is an issue with your order please reach out and I'll see how I can help.

When will my order ship?

One of a kind items ship within one week of purchase. Made to order items are made in the order they are recieved and will ship within one to two weeks of order. Orders are dropped at the post office on Monday and Thursday afternoons.

How do shop updates work?

I update the website with new products every few weeks. I typically announce these updates on instagram and the website - Check the banner at the top of the screen to not miss an update!

Subsribers to my mailing list will get shop update announcements and early access to shop updates.

At the time of the update you'll see new ready to ship and made to order items available for purchase. There are typically one of each style available.

An item is sold out, can you remake it for me?

I try to limit the number of made to order items I take on - however, if there is something you had your eye on please reach out and I'll see what I can do.

Do you offer repairs or replacements?

I stand by my work and strive to make durable, lasting beadwork that you can hold onto for a lifetime. However, accidents do happen and I am happy to repair an earring. I will not repair beadwork done by someone else. If an earring was lost, I am happy to remake it for a fee.

I want to learn how to bead, do you teach?

I do not teach beading. If you have a specific question about resources please feel free to reach out.
