Shipping policy

One of a kind, ready to ship items will ship within one week of purchase. Made to order items are prepared in the order they are received and may take one to two weeks to ship. Alkemiste is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. If a package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with re-shipment. Please double check that you have provided a safe and accurate shipping address.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, fees and/or duties upon or before delivery/receipt. Payment of these fees will be responsibility of the customer.

If you are having an issue with a shipment please file a claim with USPS.
